His official real estate career began while working for a residential and commercial investment company in Southern California where he obtained his Real Estate Brokers License and began to accumulate a portfolio of investment properties. 

He brings a broad knowledge of the financial landscape to his clients as a Certified Financial Planner™ and helps make sense of the monetary considerations that are involved with each transaction.

He has an unprecedented ability to communicate with clients from various backgrounds, breaking down complex, technical language in easy to understand applications. He founded IRP with the desire to make the real estate process more transparent, fluid and efficient.
